Smoke Stack smashes 21-day dry-aged beef onto a screaming hot flat-top, stacks it high, and serves it fast.
Smoke Stack started as a single griddle in a car park in 2017. Three years and one very loud queue later, we opened doors on Kirk Street.
The rule hasn't changed: dry-aged beef, smashed thin, seared hard, and never frozen.
"Anyone can flip a burger. Not everyone respects the smash."
Founder & Head Griddle — started with one flat-top and a car park in 2017.
"Best smash burger in the country, full stop. The Bacon Inferno lives up to its name."
Danny Frost"Queues are real but so is the crust on that patty. Worth every minute."
Leah Osei"Shakes are criminally good. Come hungry, leave happy."
