Buona Cucina,
Fatta con Amore

Handmade pasta, wood-fired classics, and a wine list drawn straight from Italian hillsides — served the way our nonna intended.

La Nostra Storia

A family table,
open to everyone

Trattoria Vetta began in a small kitchen in Umbria, where recipes were never written down — only remembered, tasted, and passed on.

Today, every plate that leaves our kitchen still follows that rule: fresh, seasonal, unhurried. We roll our pasta daily and import our olive oil directly from the grove that inspired it all.
